At FOLIGAIN Europe, we want you to be fully satisfied with your hair care journey. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the parcel to avoid processing delays.
Ship to Warehouse
Send your package via a tracked shipping service to our European distribution center; please retain your tracking receipt until the return is confirmed.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
